Meta Ads Configuration

Give TMG Partner access to your Meta Business Manager and Ad Account. We need this to run and manage your ad campaigns.

If you don't have one, create one here. Make sure your Facebook Ad Account is linked inside it.

Go to Business Settings → People → Add → invite the TMG staff email below as an Admin. Then give them access to your Ad Account.

Action Required

We need your Meta Pixel (Dataset) ID and a Conversions API access token. These tell Meta which booking events came from your ads — without them, ad spend is flying blind.

Filled in once and reused at the bottom of every email and SMS your workflows send. This represents your business — make sure it'"'"'s the right contact for replies.

Workflow 1: New Lead Opt-In + Voucher

Triggered when a new lead fills out your Meta ad form. They receive an instant welcome email + SMS with your offer, get added to your CRM as a new opportunity, and a few minutes later receive a follow-up SMS prompting them to book. Use the merge tag {firstName} in any message and it will be replaced live.

This phase is handled entirely by the TMG team. We'll install your Meta Conversion API tracking and build your GHL confirmation workflows. You'll see live status updates below as we complete each task.
